Developed and executed a comprehensive retention strategy aimed at increasing company profitability and revenue. The project involved a thorough analysis of key metrics and KPIs, focusing on areas such as AOV, churn rates, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
The retention plan was segmented into an 8-phase strategy, tailored to optimize both subscriber and non-subscriber retention through targeted initiatives, improved customer experience, and strategic A/B testing. The approach emphasised actionable insights to drive long-term growth while balancing acquisition costs with sustained customer value.

Led the successful migration of two Shopify stores into a single platform, navigating the complexities of tens of thousands of Recharge subscribers, loyalty points, and two separate Klaviyo accounts. Coordinated efforts among a team of 15+ contributors to ensure a smooth and efficient consolidation.

Rebuilt the company’s approach to CRO, from hypothesis to execution. This multi-team effort resulted in a remarkable €3.3m uplift in RPV within the first 6 months. The overhaul of CRO processes enhanced efficiency and drove substantial revenue growth.
